摘要
美国政府从国防的角度来重视其中小学免费午餐项目,取得了巨大的成功。其免费午餐项目的具体实施办法是:针对不同收入家庭提供不同的午餐补助;规定了各类午餐的食物种类、分量及营养标准;建立免费午餐的食品安全管理规范;加强对免费午餐实施情况的监督,确保服务质量。这些做法对我国完善免费午餐制度具有借鉴意义。
The US government puts much emphasis on National School Lunch Program in the perspective of national defense, and it has achieved great success. The main parts of the program are as follows ： subsidizing lunch according to the income of students＇ family; setting different types of food and their weight, and nutritional stan- dards of the lunch; establishing the lunch food safety management system; strengthening supervision of the imple- mentation of the free lunch to ensure quality of service. The practice has much significance for the new free lunch system in China.
