摘要
本文以印度教师教育课程设置作为研究对象,在梳理其课程政策演变的基础上,讨论了当前印度教师教育面临的问题及其如何通过课程改革回应这些问题与挑战,从而使师资培养更加适应印度教育的需求。得到的启示:教师教育课程设置的标准化与统一性;基于社会发展和教育实际需求而调整课程设置;不同层次的教师教育机构在课程设置上应体现出对应性和差异性。
How to design teacher education curriculum appropriately for the purpose of preparing the excellent teacher? This article examines teacher education curriculum design in India as a case on the base of its changing teacher education curriculum polices. It identifies that the curriculum design in India is De- mands-Based ,which can adapt to the practice of teacher education and the challenge of the society. India's expe- rience give us some inspiration : ( 1 )teacher education curriculum design needs a unified national curriculum stan- dard, (2)the curriculum should be designed on the demands of society and school reality, and (3)there should be diversified curricula correspondent to the levels of the teacher education institutions.
