摘要
1978年下半年笔者即开始研究国有企业改革问题,此后也一直跟踪研究。这一研究把我国国有企业改革和经济体制改革结合起来,把改革实践和改革理论结合起来。研究企业理论,提出国有企业要自主经营自负盈亏;研究企业承包经营责任制和股份制,探索国有企业改革的目标;以马克思主义指导国有企业改革的研究;回顾国有企业改革的历史,研究其规律性。这种梳理一方面展示一个长期致力于国企改革发展的学者的探索历程,另一方面反映出我国国企改革发展的理论和实践发展进程。
The author began to study the reform issue of the state-owned enterprises in late 1978 and kept fol- low-up study thereafter. This study both integrates the reform of the state-owned enterprises and the reform of the economic system in our country, and integrates the practice and theory of reform. The author studies theory of the firm and proposes that the state-owned enterprises must operate independently and assume sole responsibility for their profits or losses ; studies the managerial responsibility system of contracting and the joint-stock system, explo- ring the goals for the reform of state-owned enterprises ; applies Marxism to guide the study of the reform of state- owned enterprises ; and reviews the history of the reform of state-owned enterprises, searching for its laws and regu- larities. This type of retrospect on the one hand demonstrates the course of exploration by a scholar who devotes long-term efforts on the reform and development of state-owned enterprises, on the other hand reflects the course of theoretical and practical development of the reform and development of state-owned enterprises in our country.
