亚临床甲状腺功能减退者认知功能的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 亚临床性甲状腺功能减退症（亚临床甲减）是以血清甲状腺素T3、T4水平正常和促甲状腺素（TSH）高于正常上限为特征的疾病。目前约16．8％老年人因认知功能障碍影响健康和生存质量，这必然导致对于认知领域的研究越来越受到人们的重视，而甲状腺激素对中枢神经系统有着重要的影响，
