摘要
目的:探讨企业医院综合效益评价方法。方法:以5家改制或未改制的企业医院为研究对象,对其2002年至2004年的综合效益进行评价。结果:改制后的3家企业医院连续3年综合效益增幅明显。而未改制的两家企业医院连续3年综合效益虽然有不同程度的增长,但增幅较转制后的3家企业医院缓慢。结论:利用TOPSIS法进行综合评价,结果客观、可信,能为管理层决策提供参考依据。
Objective： To explore comprehensive evaluation methods on enterprise hospital. Methods： TOPSIS method was used in a comprehensive evaluation of indicators from 2002 to 2004 in five enterprise hospitals. Results： All the five hospitals＇ comprehensive benefit were raised. But of the five enterprise hospitals, three enterprise hospitals which had changed their property have better benefits than other enterprise hospitals in the last three years. Conclusions： The results of comprehensive evaluation with TOPSIS method is objective, credible and can provide reference for management decision-making.
