摘要
实习教学管理是临床医学教学工作的重要组成部分,其教学质量的高低,直接影响医学生的质量。实习生作为医院里的一个特殊群体,其无执业资格又无社会及工作经验,使其通过医院实习成长为一名合格的医务人员,是各所医学院校及教学医院非常重视的问题。本文就医院教学管理工作情况谈些体会。
Teaching management is an important part of the medical teaching. The teaching quality affects the quality of medical students directly. As a special group in the hospital, interne have neither qualification nor experience. How can they grow up to well - qualified medical personnel in the hospital internship, which is medical schools and teaching hospitals always attaching importance to. The article introduced some experiences of teaching management in the past few years.
