摘要
从碳排放的角度针对住宅产业化进行研究,在住宅生命周期碳排放评价中引入延迟排放加权平均时间的计算,讨论了物化阶段对总体碳排放的重要性,并对产业化住宅物化阶段减碳效能进行分析,提出采用具有碳储存能力的生物质建材、建设现代竹木结构体系住宅等是实现低碳居住的有效途径。
In study of housing industrialization from angle of carbon emission, the researcher introduces calculation of weighted average time of delayed emission into the assessment of housing life cycle carbon emission and makes discussion of the importance of total carbon emission, and carbon reducing effect in materialization stage of housing. This paper proposes that for realizing low-carbon habitation, it is an effective approach to adopt biomass materials like modern bamboo-timber housing structure system, which possesses carbon storage capacity.
