摘要
针对传统矿井提升机转子串电阻调速电控系统存在的诸多问题,如控制方式繁琐、可靠性低、调速性能差等。论文采用PLC与变频器联合使用的控制方案实现了提高整个电控系统安全可靠性、控制精度及调速性能。
In traditional electrical control system of mine hoist, there are many problems that speed is controlled by using rotor--ring resistance, such as, the fussy controlling way, low reliability, poor speed performance etc. According to this kind of condition, the paper adopts PLC and Transducer to improve the safety and reliability, control precision and speed performance of the entire electrical control system.
