摘要
晁福林先生在"中国无奴隶社会论"主导下,提出了夏、商"氏族封建"说及在此基础上构建"有中国特色社会形态理论"。由于学术界对有关夏商时期若干重大理论问题理解和判断颇相悬殊,再加上其所借用的"长时段"理论,难免造成"封建制"三段论标尺不一,所谓"有中国特色的社会形态理论"体系尚待学术界深入推敲。"无奴学派理论"能否成为先秦社会形态研究的最后定论,如何统一"无奴学派"对中国古代社会形态认识上的分歧,对学术界早期社会形态理论的研究成果应采取什么样的态度,这都是目前中国学术界应继续关注和持续探讨的关键性学术难题。
Under the guidance of the theory 'no slave society in China',Chao Fulin put forward the theory of 'clan feudalism' of Xia and Shang Dynasties,and by which he tried to build the theory of social formation with Chinese characteristics,make the study of Xia and Shang Dynasties from the period of 'damage' to 'construction'.It would inevitably cause the different surveyor's rod in dividing the historical periods into 'feudal syllogism of Chinese history' due to the differences in understanding and judging to some important theoretical problems on Xia and Shang Dynasties in academic fields.So the theoretical system of social formation with Chinese characteristics still needs making more systematic revision,supplement and perfect.The issues such as whether the theory of 'no salve school' could become the final conclusion in Pre-Qin social study,how integrate the difference of 'no salve school' into recognizing the Chinese ancient society,what kind of attitude should be taken on the academic achievements of early social formation,would be the key problems that Chinese academic circle continuously concern and explore.
