腰椎牵引与热-磁-振疗法综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症急性发作的临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察腰椎牵引与热-磁-振疗法综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症急性发作的疗效。方法将患者随机分为两组,对照组行单纯腰椎牵引治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用热-磁-振疗法治疗,连续治疗4周;比较两组临床效果,采用VAS疼痛评分评价治疗前后两组患者急性发作时的疼痛缓解程度。结果观察组总体疗效优于对照组,观察组疼痛改善程度明显优于对照组;随访半年内,两组急性发作次数比较存在显著差异。
