川芎嗪注射液治疗老年胃溃疡58例 被引量：10

摘要 目的观察川芎嗪注射液治疗老年胃溃疡的疗效。方法将患者随机分为两组,均给予奥美拉唑、替硝唑、阿莫西林三联疗法,观察组患者在此基础上给予川芎嗪静滴,连续治疗4周,观察两组患者临床疗效,并比较治疗前后血液流变学指标变化的差异。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组;两组血液流变学指标均有不同程度的改善,其中观察组改善程度明显优于对照组。结论采用川芎嗪治疗老年胃溃疡,可以取得良好的临床疗效。
