摘要
通过对高校基建工作中存在的主要问题进行分析,提出了改进高校基建项目管理制度的建议和措施,包括重视前期可行性研究、建立全过程审计、加强合同管理、健全信息管理、推行使用后评价等,对完善高校基建项目管理有重要和积极的意义。
Through analyzing major problems existing in university infrastructure project, the paper puts forward suggestions and measures of improving the management system of university infrastructure project, such as caring about the preliminary feasibility approach, establishing wholeprocess auditing, strengthening contract management, improving information management, and promoting after-using evaluation and so on, which has certain significant and positive meaning for improving the university infrastructure project management.
