介绍了建设工程项目风险管理的相关概念,特点,过程,从风险识别、风险分析、风险评价到风险应对进程中的许多方法进行了论述,并阐述了相应的工程项目风险应对措施,以指导实践。
This paper analyzed the related concepts, characteristics and process of construction project risk management, discussed many methods from risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation to risk response, and elaborated corresponding risk response measures of construction project, to guide the practice.
