摘要
绿色有机食品是一种有营养、安全的食品,现已成为发达国家的消费主流。发展绿色有机食品不仅可以向社会提供高品质、无污染、纯天然的健康食品,而且能改善环境,促进国内外贸易市场的开拓。文章主要阐述了我国绿色食品和有机食品的发展现状,并对它们的未来进行了展望。
Green food and organic food is a kind of nutrient and safety food.Now,it is becoming the mainstream consumer in developed country.They can not only provide high quality,pollution-free and natural healthy food,but also improve the environment and develop market.The paper presented Chinese green food development status.In addition,the future direction for green food and organic food development was pointed out.
