摘要
本研究采用气相色谱分析方法对二氯丙醇合成环氧氯丙烷反应产品进行定性和定量分析,得到的具体操作条件为:GC-2014气相色谱仪配备FID检测器,毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm),FFAP固定液,载气为高纯氮气,柱流速0.95 mL/min,尾吹流速47.5 mL/min,氢气流速47 mL/min,空气流速400 mL/min,分流比为50∶1,进样量0.1μL,气化室温度220℃,检测器温度230℃,柱温130℃。
The study used gas chromatography to the synthesis of epichlorohydrin reaction product dichloropropanol qualitative and quantitative analysis,the specific operating conditions are: GC-2014 gas chromatograph equipped with FID detector,capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm),FFAP stationary phase,carrier gas,column flow rate 0.95 mL/min tail flow rate 47.5 mL/min blowing pure nitrogen,hydrogen flow rate 47 mL/min and air flow rate of 400ml/min and a split ratio of 50∶1,the injection volume 0.1 μL gasification chamber temperature 220 ℃,the detector temperature 230 ℃,the column temperature was 130 ℃.
