摘要
笔者介绍了网格过滤对炼油污水的处理。试验表明:网格过滤能有效降低污水的浊度和SS。炼油污水的去除效果与过滤池的数量、设计、反冲洗都有密切的关系。通过运行含有膨胀滤料的网格过滤池,出水水质得到提高,悬浮固体降低,同时节约了成本和能耗。
The author introduced the treatment of refinery water with grid filtering pool to remove suspended solid to decrease the turbidity in the water. The emphasis was on the determination of grid filtering pool＇s quantity, the design of grid filtering pool, the determination of back washing. With the operation of grid filtering pool, the water quality of outlet was improved a lot, which showed that it was an efficient treatment method to inhabit the swell of filtrating media, so to decrease the content of suspended solids, and to save water and power expenses.
