摘要
目的探讨海极星微创技术治疗外阴白色病变患者的临床价值。方法选择经本院病理检查确诊的98例外阴白色病变患者,随机分为海极星微创技术(治疗)组和苦参洗液+冰黄肤乐软膏(对照)组,观察2组患者治疗后外阴痛痒程度、外阴皮肤弹性恢复情况、外阴皮肤颜色恢复状况、外阴白斑缩小程度。结果治疗组痛痒完全消除或基本缓解47例(94%),外阴皮肤颜色恢复良好或色素减退或出现粉红色47例(94%),皮肤弹性完全恢复或基本恢复的46例(92%),白斑完全消失或部分缩小的48例(96%),与对照组相比差异有显著性特征;治疗组术中出现1例小面积皮肤破损、1例小面积溃疡。结论海极星微创技术治疗外阴白色病变疾病可靠性与安全性较高,临床疗效显著。
Objective To discuss the clinical application of the Sea Star minimally invasive technique in treating patients with white lesions of vulva（WLV）.Methods A total of 98 WLV patients confirmed by the pathological examinations in our hospital were randomly divided into the Sea Star minimally invasive technique group（treatment group） and sophora lotion ＋ iced skin yellow ointment group（control group）.Genital itching,genital skin elasticity recovery,genital skin color recovery,and leukoplakia narrow extent in both groups were observed.Results Forty-seven patients（94%） in the treatment group had complete recovery or basic remission of itching,another 47（94%） had genital skin color restoration or hypopigmentation or pink skin color,46（92%） had complete or partial recovery of skin elasticity,and 48（96%） had completely-disappeared or partially-disappeared white spots.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.One patient in the treatment group had small skin damage in operation,and one patient had a small ulcer.Conclusion The Sea Star minimally invasive technique is reliable and safe in treating WLV with remarkable clinical efficacy.
