苯妥英钠致药物超敏反应综合征1例报道及文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 药物超敏反应综合征(Drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome,DIHS)又称为DRESS综合征(Drug rash with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms),是一种由药物诱发的以急性广泛的皮损,伴发热,肝、肾、肺等多脏器受累,以及淋巴结肿大为特征的严重全身性药物不良反应[2,4]。由于发病急骤,病情重笃,易被误诊误治,临床常有致命危险[3,4]。本文拟就我科收治的1例由抗癫痫药物所致伴有严重猩红热样皮疹和重型肝炎的病例报告如下。
