外周动脉疾病综合抗血小板治疗

摘要 随着经济发展与人口老龄化,外周动脉疾病的发病率逐年上升,这些患者往往与冠心病一样具有较高的心脑血管事件发生率。血小板的粘附、激活和聚集在外周动脉疾病发生和发展进程中起着重要的作用,通过有效的抗血小板治疗,不仅能够减少手术后外周动脉再狭窄(闭塞),还能够显著降低这些患者心血管事件的发生率。对存在高危因素的患者,采用抗血小板药物进行二级预防能够有效的减少心血管事件的发生。然而对于有些病人,抗血小板治疗并不能取得理想的疗效,反而增加了出血的风险,应引起重视。
