BIM技术在建筑全寿命周期管理应用的探讨 被引量：34

摘要 随着国民经济的快速发展,我国工程建设规模急剧扩大,出现了一些新的特点,例如项目投资规模不断增长、建设环境日趋复杂、技术革新日新月异、知识系统外衍不断扩展、项目实施不确定性增加和风险加大等。针对当前我国工程建设中普遍存在的项目管理效率低、信息断层、管理工具手段落后等问题,提出解决问题的重点在于项目管理模式的转变,并对BIM技术在建筑全寿命周期项目管理中的应用和研究进行了探讨,为BIM技术在我国的研究和实践提供参考。
