一期手术重建治疗膝关节脱位合并多发韧带损伤 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨膝关节脱位合并多发韧带损伤急性期行一期韧带重建术后近期疗效。方法 2005年1月至2011年12月,对39例膝关节脱位患者采用一期同种异体肌腱移植重建前后交叉韧带,锚钉缝合修复内侧副韧带,部分股二头肌腱重建修复外侧副韧带损伤。术后早期康复锻炼。结果患者术后均未发生关节内感染。全部切口Ⅰ期愈合。术后均获至少12个月随访。2例患膝较健侧屈曲缺失25°,其余膝关节活动度恢复正常。膝关节Lysholm评分为82～95分,平均87.6分。后抽屉试验Ⅰ度阳性6例,Lachman试验阳性(Ⅰ度)6例,内、外翻试验及前抽屉试验均为阴性。结论对外伤性膝关节脱位合并多发韧带损伤于急性期一期重建,近期疗效满意。
