摘要
分别采用硬脂酸钙和水合滑石粉作为卤素吸收剂生产拉丝级聚丙烯(PP)1102K,分析了两种卤素吸收剂对PP灰分、力学性能、黄色指数及后加工的影响。结果表明,采用硬脂酸钙可将产品灰分降低至250μg/g,并提高了产品的综合性能。
Calcium stearate and hydrated talc as halogen absorber were used respectively in the production of drawing grade polypropylene(PP),1102K.The effects of the two halogen absorbers on ash content,mechanical properties,yellow index and post-processing of 1102K were analyzed.The results show that using calcium stearate instead of hydrated talc can reduce the ash content to 250 μg/g and improve the comprehensive properties of the product.
