阜阳市慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染者HBV基因型调查 被引量：3

摘要 目的了解阜阳市慢性乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染者HBV基因型分布状况。方法选择165例HBVDNA阳性的慢性HBV感染者,采用型特异性聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测HBV基因型。结果 165例慢性HBV感染者中HBV基因型B型46例(27.9%)、B/C混合型29例(17.6%)、C型90例(54.5%),未发现其他基因型。结论阜阳市慢性HBV感染者基因型为B、B/C和C型,其中基因C型是主要流行株。
