摘要
建立在“全球医学教育最基本要求”基础上的“医学生职业行为评价体系”日渐受到医学教育者的关注。本文就三个不同教育阶段的长学制医学生对“医学生职业行为评价体系”的态度进行了比较研究,提出医学教育体系中应当重视医学生职业行为的培训,并可以根据医学生的性别或不同教育阶段制定相应的职业行为培养方案。
Nowadays the medical students' professional behavior assess system (SPBAS), based on Global Minimum Essential Requirements in Medical Education, has aroused extensive concern. In this thesis, the authors carried on a comparative study on different attitudes among the medical students in different educational periods of long-term program. Due to the research, the authors suggest that educators should pay more attention to the training of medical students' professional behavior, and work out medical programs according to genders during different periods of education procress.
