摘要
本文报告有眼部改变的多发性硬化36例。起病较急。眼部改变以视力下降及复视较多见,眼部检查以眼球震颤、眼外肌麻痹及视乳头苍白常见。临床表现复杂多样,故临床诊断比较困难。有2个或2个以上中枢神经系统不同部位病变存在,应考虑此病。
36 cases of multiple sclerosis with opthalmie changes are reported Sudden onset of the symptpms and visual decreasing and, diplopia were often. Nystagmus, paralysis of extraocular muscles and pale of papilla were the common signs. Since the clinical manifestations of MS are complicated and varied, its diagnosis is difficult. If the evidence of lesion at two or more separate sites in the central nervous system appears. The diagnosis of MS should be considered.
