摘要
"实验室信息管理系统"是将现代化管理思想与网络技术、数据存储技术、快速数据处理技术、自动化仪器分析技术有机结合,实现以实验室为核心的整体环境全方位管理的系统。本文从上海市黄浦区疾病预防控制中心"实验室信息管理系统"研发出发,详述了LIMS的主要特征,并提出了建设后的思考。此系统的建设将进一步完善及推进区域公共卫生信息平台数据交换与共享,不断提升公共卫生管理效率,进一步深化黄浦区公共卫生信息化建设。
Management system of laboratory information was a comprehensive management system with the core of laboratory, which combined modern management ideas, network technology and data storage, rapid data processing, automated instrumental analysis techniques. In this paper, based on the research and development of Laboratory Information Management System in Huangpu District Center for Disease Control and Prevention, we depicted the main features of LIMS and put forward some advice. The construction of this system will promote data exchange and sharing on the regional public health information platform, and improve the efficiency of public health management and the construction of public health information in Huangpu District.
