膝关节脱位多韧带损伤临床研究进展 被引量：7

摘要 膝关节脱位伴发多韧带损伤作为膝关节毁灭性损伤,是对骨科临床治疗的全方位挑战。早期系统、高效的临床评估与处置至关重要,首选原则为尽快复位,尤其需警惕血管神经损伤等并发症。近年临床多主张关节镜下韧带修复或重建术,但应根据具体损伤分型选择手术时机和手术方案。近期报道对膝关节脱位多韧带损伤的评估及治疗仍存有争议,一些前瞻性研究和系统性回顾研究已对血管损伤情况、手术时机、手术技术等取得一定共识。该文就膝关节脱位多韧带损伤发生机制、临床评估、手术治疗和康复等作一综述。
