摘要
本文报道了17例体外循环心内直视手术病人血浆血管紧张素转换酶(SACE)的改变。分分别于术前、灌注中、手术后,1～3天定量测定SACE活性。结果表明在体外循环后SACE明显降低,而在手术后。SACE逐渐回升,至术后第3天接近其术前水平。因此,体外循环后SACE含量的变化可以反映手术病人肺损害的程度及预后。
The authors report the changes of serum angiotensin converting enzyme (SACE) in 15 patients undergoing open heart surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass. The SACE activation was determined preoperatively, during the period of perfusion, and one to three days postoperatively. The results of these determinations showed that the rate of SACE activation fell markedly from the beginning of the period of bypass but rose again in the postoperative period. The level rose gradually to preoperative levels after three days These changes in SACE levels reflect the degree of lung injury and are helpful in evaluating the prognosis of patients who have had eardiopulmonary bypass surgery.
