摘要
目的:比较头颈部疾病相关吞咽功能障碍的各种检查方法的应用价值。方法:分析21例头颈部疾病相关吞咽功能障碍患者的吞咽检查资料。结果:18例患者洼田饮水试验表现为Ⅲ级以上异常。21例接受吞咽造影检查患者均表现为吞咽功能异常。14例咽喉内镜检查患者有各种吞咽功能异常表现。结论:洼田饮水试验简便易行,可用于头颈部疾病相关吞咽功能障碍的筛查;吞咽造影检查可作为吞咽障碍检查的"金标准"用来了解头颈部疾病相关吞咽功能障碍的程度及性质;而咽喉内镜检查则可以直接显示咽喉部的解剖结构异常和吞咽功能异常。
Objective：To compare the value of methods for dysphagia associated with diseases of head and neck. Methods：The swallowing test data of 21 dysphagia patients with diseases of head and neck was analyzed retrospectively. Results： Eighteen patients who underwent drinking test showed HI or higher degree of abnormalities. All 21 patients were found abnormalities in videofluoroscopic swallowing examination. Fourteen patients who underwent flexible pharyngolaryngeal endoscopic examination showed abnormalities of swallowing. Conclusion.. Drinking test can be used as screening test, and videofluoroscopie swallowing examination is the ＂gold standard test＂. The flexible pharyngolaryngeal endoscopic examination can be used to find the abnor- malities of function and anatomical structure.
