摘要
BOM数据贯穿于产品设计、工艺和制造的全过程。针对现有PDM与CAPP系统,采用基于SOA技术的集成接口方式,搭建了以产品数据管理(PDM)系统为核心与工艺规划管理(CAPP)系统之间的BOM数据集成框架,实现了从EBOM到PBOM的数据传递,同时为实现企业各系统之间的应用集成奠定了基础。
BOM is the main data flowing through the whole product lifecycle, including product design, process planning and manufacturing.According to the integration requirement of existing product data management （PDM） system and computer aided process planning （CAPP） system, the integration interface method based on SOA is proposed.A Integrated Infrastructure of BOM between PDM system as kenel and CAPP system is built, and the data exchange from EBOM to PBOM is realized.That also lays the foundation of enterprise application system integration.
