摘要
随着宏观调控的深入,全国房产价量齐跌、一片萧条,房地产市场"拐点"呼之欲出。面对纷纷扰扰的地产形势,消费者如何理性看待与科学选择已成为亟待解决的重要问题。充分信赖政府、消除赌博心态、坚持契约精神、谨慎购买是房地产宏观调控下消费者理性选择和保持利益最大化的最优策略。
With the deep - going of national macroscopic readjustment and control, the quantity and the price of the real estate have dropped sharply, the inflection point of real estate market seems ready to come out. Confronted by the messy situation, how the consumers consider it reasonably and choose it scientifically has be- come a question needed to be solved. The optimal policy for consumers to choose rationally and gain maximized profits is relying on government, eliminating gambling psychology, purchasing real estate cautiously under the macro - control circumstance.
