摘要
在对美国高职教育实地考察的基础上,文章分析了美国高职教育在区域科技创新中拥有自身地位的原因,据此,扬州高职院校在区域科技创新中可以获得许多启示:积极参与有利于科技创新的政策的制定和实施;指导小企业创业,带动更多科技创新主体的涌现;为扬州市科技创新培养适应性强的人力资本;争取教育投入的多元化,增加经费保障。
This thesis is a case study of Durham Technical Community College based on the writer＇ s tour to USA. The role of vocational colleges in local technological innovation is summarized as follows ： （ 1 ） policy execution ; （2） entrepreneurship assistance ; （3） labor force training and new knowledge delivery ; （4） financial input, which can provide reference for higher vocational colleges in Yangzhou.
