摘要
某在建高层框架剪力墙结构,因浇筑失误,混凝土远未达到强度设计值。为满足净高需要,采用增大截面尺寸及外包型钢法进行加固。本研究具体分析了加固计算过程,并借助PKPM设计软件的计算结果验算了加固柱及相关构件各个力学指标,使其满足承载力及规范要求,对类似工程加固及相关试验研究有一定的借鉴意义。
This under construction project is a frame-shear wall high-rise structure.Due to management errors,the real concrete compressive strength is far below the design strength.In order to assure the safety requirement of the structure meanwhile meet the need of clear height, the syn- thesized measures which is increase the cross-section method and the steel-encased method were adopted to reinforce the RC column.in this pa- per, the reinforcement calculation process is analysed in detailed.The mechanics index and dimension of the reinforced columns and related com- ponents are calculated by PKPM design software to fulfill the bearing capacity and specifications request.The results show that such synthesized strengthening measures are benefit for this kind of projects.
