摘要
以安全壳截锥体为原型,设计了核电自密实混凝土模拟试验的截锥体墙模型块,进行自密实混凝土模拟浇筑,对自密实混凝土模拟试验截锥体墙内部温度与应变进行了监测;结果表明:越接近试验模型中心的测点,其测试的最高温度越高,最大压应变越大,最高升温约45℃,最大变形为360με,自密实混凝土内部温度场变化主导着截锥体墙内部各应变发展的大致趋势。
The models of cut cone wall for engineering practice were made based on containment system.The simulation pouring test was car- ried out.The regulation of changes of temperature filed and the concrete strain variation was studied through 1-4 days site monitoring.The results indicated that the test points closed to the center of the model had higher maximum temperature and greater maximum strain, the highest tempera- ture rise is about 45 ℃ and the greatest strain is 360μm.The change of internal temperature filed of self-compacting concrete dominated the strain variation development in cut cone wall.
