文章阐述了图书馆作为文化公共空间的内涵,作为文化公共空间的图书馆与公民政治素质建设的关系;论述了图书馆作为文化公共空间对帮助公民增强政治意识提高政治能力的社会价值;探讨了图书馆作为文化公共空间为公民政治素质建设服务的策略与方法。
This paper describes the connotation of the library as cultural public space and the relationship between the library as cul- tural public space and the construction of the citizens＇ political quality, discusses the social values of the library as cultural public space to help the citizens enhance the political awareness and improve the political ability and discusses the strategies and methods of the library as cultural public space to serve for the construction of the citizens＇ political quality. 10 refs.
