摘要
双相钢主要由铁素体和马氏体组成,在拉伸曲线上没有明显的屈服平台,强屈比大,有利于冲压成形,在现代汽车用制造上应用非常广泛。本文通过对双向钢生产工艺及其对组织性能的影响分析,提出双相钢组织性能控制的思路,并就生产实践情况进行了探讨。
Dual-phase steel mainly composed of ferrite and martensite,the tensile yield curve is no obvious platform,tensile yield ratio is conducive to metal forming,in the modern automotive manufacturing is widely used. Based on the dual-phase steel production process and its impact on organizational performance analysis,the idea of organizational performance of dual-phase steel and production practices on the situation were discussed.
