摘要
随着临床成分输血的广泛发展,以及卫生部《临床输血技术规范》的实施,临床上对RH(-)血的需求量也在增加,但因无偿献血人群RH(-)比例偏低。亚洲人中不足10%,4℃保存的时间短,一方面满足不了临床应用,另一方面极易造成过期作废,为了更好地满足临床对RH(-)血的需求,甘油化红细胞-80℃储存方法是目前长期保存RH(-)红细胞的最佳保存方法。
Objective To evaluate the technology and quality control for preparing frozen red blood cells （RBCs） withACP 215. Methods 10 Plastical bags of RBC suspension were collected randomly （2U/bag）, then prepared glycerolized RBC8 with ACP 215 after 10 days preservation. The products were stored on 70℃for 30 days, then thawed on 37C. The thawed products were handled by the deglycerolize protocol of ACP 215. All RBCs samples were collected for quality testing. Results The ratio of red blood cell recovery was （ 84±4）% The concentration of free hemoglobin concentration was （0.31±O.12）g/1 The ratio of vitro hemolysis was （33±15） The concentration of remnant glycerol was （6.3±2.4） g/L All bacterial cul-ture testing were negative. Conclusion ACP 215 hasa good quality assurance to prepare the frozen red blood cell during the whole range.
