摘要
随着网络的快速发展与未成年网民的增加,网络影响未成年人社会化过程并在现实生活中诱发未成年人犯罪的现象,已经成为当前比较严重的教育和社会问题。鉴于网络对未成年人犯罪作用机制的特殊性,有必要以"综合治理、宽严相济"为原则,建立有效的预防和处罚体系。
Along with the rapid development of internet and growth of minor netizen,the internet is influencing minor socialization deeply and even inducing minor Crime.It has being a serious education and society problem.In view of the new situation of minor netizen,it is necessary to establish an effective prevention and punishment system under comprehensive control and temper justice with mercy.
