摘要
目的观察胰岛素联合重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)的复方温敏凝胶剂对大鼠皮肤溃疡的促愈合作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法采用机械法在Wistar大鼠背部制备直径约1.8cm的皮肤溃疡模型共30个,随机将溃疡分为复方温敏凝胶剂治疗组(A组)、复方溶液治疗组(B组)、空白温敏凝胶剂对照组(C组)。以治疗后不同时间点各组溃疡面积愈合百分率及组织病理学检查评价修复效果。结果治疗3d后,A、B、C3组创面的愈合百分率分别为(32.29±9.50)%、(19.46±7.39)%、(14.81±8.62)%;治疗7d后,A、B、C3组创面的愈合百分率分别为(72.26±6.87)%、(63.40±10.91)%、(58.94±13.43)%,愈合效果A组〉B组〉C组,而治疗10、14d,3组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论胰岛素联合rhEGF的复方温敏凝胶剂对大鼠皮肤溃疡有促愈合作用,效果优于复方溶液和空白温敏凝胶剂。
Objective To investigate the effect of compound thermosensitive gel of insulin plus re- combinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF) on the healing of skin ulcers in rats, Methods The mechanical method was used to prepare 30 skin ulcers about 1.8 cm in diameter on the back of rats. These skin ulcers were randomly divided into 3 groups : compound thermosensitive gel treatment group ( group A), compound solution treatment group (group B), and blank thermosensitive gel treatment group (group C). The effect on ulcer healing was assessed by the rate of ulcer healing and histopathological changes. Re- sults After treatment for 3 days, the rate of ulcer healing in groups A, B and C was (32. 29 + 9. 50) %, ( 19.46 ± 7.39 ) % and ( 14. 81 ± 8.62) % respectively; After treatment for 7 days, the rate of ulcer heal- ing in groupsA, BandCwas (72.26±6.87)%, (63.40±10.91)% and (58.94±13.43)%. After treatment for 10 and 14 days, there was no statistically significant difference among three groups in the ef- fectiveness of ulcer healing ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Compound thermosensitive gel of insulin plus rhEGF can promote the healing of skin ulcers in rats, and its effectiveness is better than that of compound solution and blank thermosensitive gels.
