摘要
针对毛尔盖水电站工程合同执行过程中出现的合同争议问题进行了分析探讨,包括材料价格上涨调差补偿,堆石料设计标准提高费用补偿,反滤料实际使用量差费用补偿三方面内容,经过充分考虑合同双方责任、权利和义务,在遵循合同原则的基础上做了灵活处理,从而实现双赢。
The paper analyzes and explores the contract disputes in the implementation of the contract of Maoergai Hydropower Station,including the difference adjustment compensation of rising material prices,the improved cost compensation of the design standards for the rockfill material,and the cost compensation of the factual used amount of the filter materials,considers the responsibilities,the rights and duties of the two sides of the contract,and undertakes the flexible treatment by adhering to the contract principle,so as to realize the win-win situation.
