二次水热法制备镁锌铁氧体粉末及其结构性能研究 被引量:1

STRUCTURAL PROPERTIES OF MgZn FERRITE POWDERS PREPARED VIA TWICE HYDROTHERMAL PROCESSES

摘要 采用新颖的二次水热法制备了名义成分为Mg0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4的铁氧体粉末,并用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜和能量色散谱仪对其结构性能进行了分析。研究表明,一次水热和二次水热的pH值以及二次水热反应的时间均对晶体结构有较大影响;二次水热反应对一次水热所得粉末样品的形貌影响不大,计算表明所得粉末皆为小晶粒的团聚体;二次水热法更有利于Mg2+离子参与反应,所得样品中Mg2+离子含量高于相应一次水热的样品,但是仍然与原始配方相去甚远。 Ferrite powders with a nominal composition Mg0.5 Zn0.5 Fe2O4 were prepared via the novel twice hydrothermal processes. An X-ray diffractometer, a scanning electronic microscope and an energy dispersive spectrometer were used to study their structural properties. It is found that the reaction time of the secondary hydrothermal process, pH values of both the primary and the secondary hydrothermal processes affect the crystalline structures clearly; the topography is not affected by the secondary hydrothermal process; there are more Mg2+ cations in the powders obtained via twice hydrothermal processes than that via once hydrothermal process, but the content of Mg2+ cations in the powders obtained is still different from that of the nominal compositions obviously.
