摘要
高等院校教学仪器设备等物质进行政府采购在我国实施的时间并不长,在运行过程中还存在很多问题。本文分析了高校实施政府采购的必要性,并从这些采购管理中存在的问题入手,就高校进一步推进和做好政府招标采购工作提出建议。
It is not very long since teaching apparatus in universities become government procurement, so there are many problems in its operation. In this article the necessity of government procurement in universities is discussed and suggestions are proposed on its improvement.
