急性脑梗死患者血清hs-CRP和S-100β蛋白水平动态检测及其临床意义 被引量:11

摘要 目的动态观察急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和S-100β蛋白水平的变化,探讨其与病情、疗效及预后的关系。方法将76例ACI患者分为轻型组31例、中型组24例和重型组21例,另选择同期健康体检者33例作为对照组。ACI患者给予常规治疗,于治疗前及治疗后第3、7、14天检测血清hs-CRP和S-100β蛋白水平,同时采用改良爱丁堡+斯堪的那维亚脑卒中评分量表(MESSS)评定患者神经功能。对照组同法进行血清hs-CRP和S-100β蛋白检测。结果 ACI轻、中、重型组血清hs-CRP和S-100β蛋白水平均显著高于对照组,且中、重型组高于轻型组,重型组高于中型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。ACI患者治疗后随着MESSS评分的降低,血清hs-CRP、S-100β蛋白水平也逐渐下降(P<0.01),三者呈正相关性。结论 ACI患者血清hs-CRP和S-100β蛋白水平明显升高,并与病情严重程度密切相关,动态观察ACI患者血清hs-CRP和S-100β蛋白水平变化,有助于监测病情、观察疗效和评估预后。 Objective To observe the level changes of serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and S-100β protein in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI) dynamically and to find the correlation between the level changes of hs-CRP or S-100β protein and patient’s condition,therapeutic effect and prognosis.Methods 76 patients with ACI were divided into mild group(31 cases),moderate group(24 cases) and severe group(21 cases),and other 33 healthy people were chose as the control group.The patients with ACI were treated with conventional treatment,whose serum hs-CRP and S-100β protein were measured in 3rd,7th and 14th day before and after treatment.At the same time,evaluate the patient’s nerve function by adopting scores of modified Edinburgh-Scandinavia stroke scale(MESSS).The serum hs-CRP and S-100β protein of control group were measured at the same way.Results The levels of hs-CRP and S-100β protein in patients with ACI were all higher than those of the control group,the moderate group and severe group were higher than the mild group,and the severe group were higher than the moderate group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.01).After treatment,the serum hs-CRP and S-100β protein level of patients dropped gradually as the improvement of nerve function.They had positive correlation.Conclusion The serum levels of hs-CRP and S-100β protein are obviously elevated in patients with ACI,which had positive correlation with the severity.Observing the level changes of serum hs-CRP and S-100β protein in patients with ACI dynamically conduce to monitor state of an illness,observe the effect and estimate prognosis.
