摘要
从检测标准、测试样品、运作时间、统计分析和结果评价方法到结果评价,全面分析2010年《CNAS T0475天然气组成分析》能力验证计划执行情况,结合对国外天然气组成分析能力验证计划开展情况的分析研究,找出差距,提出在计划组织、方案制定、测试样品制备、数据评价方面尚有需要进一步提高的建议,为推进我国天然气组成分析能力验证工作的开展,达到与国外水平对话的目标提供思路和措施。
The enforcement state of capacity verification plan about ＂CNAS T0475 Natural Gas Constitution Analysis＂ in 2010 is analyzed from all aspects, like detection standard, testing sample, running time, statistics analysis and result assessment methods and result evaluation. Based on the analysis and research on the developing state of capacity verification plan for foreign natural gas constitution analysis, some differences between China and foreign countries in this aspect are found out, together with some suggestions that the following aspects like plan organization, scheme establishment, preparation of test sample and data assessment need improving further. Therefore, this study provides some trains of thought and measures for promoting the development of capacity verification work about our national natural gas constitution analysis and reaching the goal to communicate with foreign countries equally.
