摘要
为更好地帮助学生做好职业生涯规划,对当前从高校职业生涯规划中存在的问题和对策进行了探讨,认为高校辅导员应该结合职业生涯规划知识,增强自身专业素质,对大学生进行行业化、个性化、职业化的指导。
Counsellors can help college students do well in career planning. This paper discusses the problems and countermeasures from the counsellor＇s view on the career planning education of college students and suggests that the college counsellors should provide college students with vocational, individual and professional instructions in combination with their own professional qualities.
