摘要
利用薄膜渗透平衡法,测定了几种非离子表面活性剂对C.I.分散红60的增溶量,探讨了非离子表面活性剂增溶量对C.I.分散红60匀染性能的影响,确定了高温高压染色的最佳增溶量范围.结果表明:130℃时,非离子表面活性剂增溶量顺序为:T-20>平平加O>T-60>NP-40>PE6 800>F127>MPEG750>MPEG2 000,非离子表面活性剂增溶量是影响染色性能的重要参数,获得最佳匀染性能的增溶量范围为20~50 mg/L.
The solubilization capacity of nonionic surfactants for C.I. Disperse Red 60 was measured by film osmotic equilibrium method. The effect of solubilization capacity on dyeing levelness was also studied, and the optimal high temperature and pressure dyeing solubilization range was determined. The results showed the solubilization efficiencies order of nonionic surfactants at 130 ℃:T-20〉Peregal 0〉T-60〉NP-40〉 PE6 800〉F127〉MPEG750〉MPEG2 000. The solubilization capacity of nonionic surfactants is an important pa- rameter affecting dyeing behaviour. The optimum dyeing levelness could be achieved under solubilizing capaci- ty of 20-50 mg/L.
