摘要
设备检修管理是影响企业正常运行的一项重要工作,进而直接影响企业的经济效益。以国内某水力发电企业设备检修管理为研究对象,在实际调研的基础上,运用ABC作业成本法、时间效率法和数据包络分析法对检修流程进行综合分析,提出了解决存在问题的方案———构建设备检修业务流程集成管理模式。
Maintenance management of equipment is a very important work of the normal operation of enterprises. Consequently, it has a direct impact on the profit making of power generation. In this pa-per, the research on a domestic hydroelectric power enterprise equipment maintenance management, the meta-analysis on the process of maintenance management was done with Activity-Based Costing （ABC） analytic method, Time-efficiency method and Data Envelopment Analysis, which are summa-rized based on practical investigation. Then, the ideas and implementation plans of the maintenance integration management is put forward.
