摘要
[目的]探讨Orem模式在糖尿病病人使用胰岛素泵护理中的应用效果。[方法]将60例2型糖尿病使用胰岛素泵病人分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例),观察组采用Orem模式护理,对照组采用常规护理,1个月后对两组病人进行胰岛素泵操作技巧及相关知识掌握情况效果评价。[结果]护理后观察组对胰岛素泵使用知识掌握情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]Orem模式有助于提高糖尿病病人对胰岛素泵的自我管理能力,从而使病人达到更好的自理状态。
Objective： To probe into the applied effect of Orem model for nursing skills and related knowledge of diabetes mellitus patients using in- sulin pump. Methods：A total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus using insulin pump were divided into observation group and control group （30 cases in each）. The observation group patients used the Orem mode for nursing and the control group patients used conventional nursing,the mas tering of insulin pump was evaluated between two groups after 1 month. Results： The mastering insulin pump usage knowledge of observation group patients was significantly better than that of control group after nursing （P%0.05）. Conclusion： Orem model is helpful for enhancing the self management ability of diabetes patients to insulin pump, so as to make the patients achieve better self-care status.
