摘要
目的通过测定睾丸体积和血清FSH值,预测睾丸抽吸取精结果。方法依据睾丸体积及血清FSH值,将患者分A、B、C三组行睾丸抽吸,在倒置显微镜下寻找精子。采用x2检验比较各组获取精子的成功率。结果睾丸体积正常、血清FSH值正常组穿刺成功率为89.4%;睾丸体积偏小、血清FSH值正常组穿刺成功率为31.6%;睾丸体积偏小、血清FSH值明显增高组穿刺成功率为7.7%。结论睾丸体积值结合血清FSH值对睾丸抽吸取精结果的预测具有指导意义。
Objective To forecast the contents of testis sperm by the size of testis and the level of follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）.Methods According to the size of testis and the level of FSH,divided the patients into three groups,e.g.A,B and C group;then perform the testicular puncture in order to obtain sperms.Inverted microscope was used to find out sperms.x^2 statistical test was used to compare the sperm obtaining rate in each group.Results The puncture successful rate in group of normal testis size and FSH value was 89.4%;the puncture successful rate in group of smaller testis size and normal FSH value was 31.6%;whereas the puncture successful rate in group of smaller testis size and higher FSH level was 7.7%.Conclusion There has a guiding significance in forecast the result of testis puncture successful rate by considering the size of testis and the level of FSH.
