摘要
应用进口伊维菌素对刚从贵州引进的20头香猪进行了驱虫试验,以400μgkg体重剂量皮下注射,两周后重复一次,驱虫后8天粪中线虫虫卵转阴率为94.74%,虫卵减少率为100%;驱虫后4周体表血虱及其虫卵全部转阴。
Parasites of 20 Xiang pigs from Gui zhou were expelled with ivermectin from USA.The pigs were injected with 400μg/kg of ivermectin in subcutaneous tissue,and repeat again after two weeks,the ratio of the eggs of nematodes getting negative was 94.74%,the decreasing of eggs in feces was 100%.The hematophagous lice and their eggs on the pigs became negative 4 weeks after treatment.
